PARTICIPATION

Admitted at the Tour la Pedaleda male and female bikers over 18 years of age and owners of a medical certificate released by a Center of Sports Medicine valid for the 2010. The medial certificate must be presented at the subscription.  Each entrant acknowledges that the tour requires a considerable physical and technical effort. With the subscription the entrant declares under its responsibility to be in possession of these requirements.

PROTECTIVE HELMET

The use of an approved protective helmet is compulsory. The participants without helmet will not be able to take part or will be disqualified if not using it during the race.

BIB NUMBER

The bib number must be put on the front of the bicycle and must always be visible. If not carried on the right place, the athlete will be disqualified.

POINTS

The final rankings of the tours will be made with the sum of the points of the 3 stages and will give the opportunity, to start in one of the first groups at the La Pedaleda.

Prices for each tour stage, priceson lottery and final pricegiving with technical materials.

Pedaleda + Tour € 75,00 until the 30th June 2010

Pedaleda + Tour € 80,00 until the 16th August 2010

Pedaleda + Tour € 90,00 from the 17th August 2010

The organisation takes no responsibility for any accidents to the participants and to third parties or for personals or bicycles stolen before, during or after the event.

The organisation reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES

With the subscription the concurrent accepts the treatment of the personal data for reasons concerning the event or future information concerning the law on he personal data 675/96. Each participant authorizes the organisation to use the images for promotion of the event on national and international media.
